Council on Aging

The Council on Aging is dedicated to addressing the needs and concerns of senior citizens within the town. The council typically works to promote the well-being and independence of older adults by providing resources and services such as health programs, recreational activities, transportation assistance, and advocacy for senior issues. 

The Council may also provide outreach and educational programs to the community at large in order to raise awareness about the challenges and opportunities facing seniors in the area. Overall, the council of aging serves as a vital link between the senior community and town, helping to ensure that the needs and interests of older adults are properly represented and supported.

Meeting Schedule

The Council generally meets the third Wednesday of the month at 11:30AM at the Dracut Senior Center
