Denby Place - Genest Street

The current proposal includes retention of the existing house at 15 Denby Avenue and the addition of 22 townhouse units in seven new buildings.  Each unit is proposed to have three bedrooms.  The existing house will be age-restricted.  The project requires Site Plan Review and Special Permit for Multi-Family Development from the Planning Board.
