970 Broadway

The current application proposes to redevelop 970 Broadway with construction of an approximately 145,000sf industrial building and related parking and access.  The building design has the potential for multiple tenants with varying uses.  The project requires Site Plan Review and Special Permit for a Major Industrial Complex from the Planning Board.
