135 Greenmont (PDF) - a potential 40B project that is currently seeking eligibility from the State
MassHousing Eligibility Letter (PDF) for 135 Greenmont Avenue project.
144 Greenmont (PDF) - an approved 40B project that is working to secure construction funding to move forward
Louis Farm Village @ 133 Phineas (PDF) - A 40B project currently seeking approval from the Dracut ZBA
