Current Projects

All Chapter 40B projects applying for Comprehensive Permit follow the Chapter 40B Handbook for Zoning Boards of Appeals (ZBA) published by The Massachusetts Housing Partnership.

These are the current construction projects that the Town of Dracut is actively working on: 

• Murphy's Farm (PDF) - project eligibility application to Mass Housing

  • Town Comments (PDF) in response to the above application

• 135 Greenmont (PDF) - a potential 40B project that is currently seeking eligibility from the State 

  • MassHousing Eligibility Letter (PDF) for 135 Greenmont Avenue project.

• 144 Greenmont (PDF) - an approved 40B project that is working to secure construction funding to move forward

• Louis Farm Village @ 133 Phineas (PDF) - A 40B project currently seeking approval from the Dracut ZBA

Zoning Bylaw Rewrite

• Dracut Zoning Bylaw with changes through June 14th 2021 (PDF)
• Dracut Zoning Table of Uses with changes through June 14th 2021 (PDF)
• Recodified Bylaw pending State Approval (PDF)
