The Commission is expected to assure that statutory functions are assigned properly; promote use of and advocating the benefits of parks and recreational services; suggest recreational programs to be implemented by the Recreation Department.
The Recreation Commission is comprised of nine members appointed by the Town Manager.
Meeting Schedule
The Committee generally meets the first Tuesday of the month at 6PM at Town Hall, 62 Arlington St, Dracut.
This schedule may differ during the Summer.
