Does your house need a clean sweep … and mop … and dust … and scrub?
Pick up the phone (if you can find it) and call Happy Home Cleaning. Danielle Golio will make your home happy. And since January 14 is National Organize Your Home Day, it’s the perfect time.
Danielle started Happy Home in February 2019, putting her education in entrepreneurship to use. She likes to think she sets her company apart from other housecleaning services with her dependability.
“I’m very reliable. Often I’m not the first cleaning service a client has had,” she says. “I go the extra mile. I go above and beyond. I’m providing a service, but I’m also providing extra. I’ll change the dog’s water. I’ll bring in the mail.”
Danielle and her crew of two do mostly residential cleaning, though commercial jobs are also possible. About 40% of her clients are in Dracut, with the rest in Lowell, Tyngsboro and Hudson, Pelham, Salem and Windham, N.H.
While a good portion of her clientele is elderly folks who are having a hard time keeping up with the housekeeping, once the pandemic hit Danielle found her services in demand among folks who work from home and just don’t have time to clean. Luckily, she was up to the challenge.
“With more people at home during COVID, bathrooms and kitchens are used more often,” she says.
The Westfield native has called Dracut home for 17 years, and she runs Happy Home Cleaning out of her own happy home on Tennis Plaza Road. She says one of the nicest parts of her job is the connections she makes.
“A lot of clients call me a friend, and that’s really an honor. I have a lot of elderly clients, so I know I’m really helping them. I feel good about what I do.”
