The purpose of the Wetland Bylaw (PDF) is to protect the wetlands, related water resources, and adjoining land areas in the Town of Dracut by controlling activities deemed by the Conservation Commission likely to have a significant or cumulative effect upon resource area values. The associated Wetland Regulations (PDF) define and clarify the review process under the Bylaw.
