Residents may observe the opening/depositing of early voting ballots.
In accordance with the VOTES ACT, Chapter 92 of the Acts of 2022, the Town of Dracut will be opening and/ or depositing early voted ballots at the following locations and dates:
• Friday March 1, 2024 beginning at 2:00 PM at the Dracut Town Hall, 62 Arlington St., Dracut, MA
• Saturday, March 2, 2024 beginning at 9:00 AM at the Dracut Town Hall, 62 Arlington St., Dracut, MA
• Sunday, March 3, 2024 beginning at 9:00 AM at the Dracut Town Hall, 62 Arlington St., Dracut, MA
Per State requirements, all Vote-by-Mail ballots received after advanced processing, will be processed at the polls.
In accordance with the regulations, no results shall be determined or announced until after the time the polls close on March 5th at 8:00 PM at which time the results from the advance processed ballots will be announced, added to election day results, and posted at Town Hall and at Precinct Polling Locations.
Early Voting Advanced Processing is open to the public.
