Dracut Board of Assessors received preliminary FY 2025 property valuations.
The Dracut Board of Assessors has received its preliminary five-year re-certification of property valuations for FY (Fiscal Year) 2025. The proposed new valuations, certified by the Department of Revenue, will be available for review at Dracut Town Hall, 62 Arlington St, in the Assessors’ Office.
This public disclosure period runs from Monday, October 7, 2024, to Friday, October 11, 2024.
The recertification process involves verifying and analyzing all arm's-length sales from calendar year 2023.
Please note that individual property valuations may differ from these overall percentages due to data updates, corrections, building permit activities, and market analysis adjustments.
