The next meeting regarding this project will be on September 18th at 6pm - location TBD

The applicant seeks to amend the previously issued Comprehensive Permit for 278 rental units in four buildings on approximately 46 acres at 341 Broadway Road.  The currently proposed development is 300 multifamily rental housing units with market/retail, recreation and restaurant spaces in seven buildings.  Conservation Commission permission will be needed.
