The next meeting regarding this project will be at the Dracut High School Auditorium on February 15th.
Proposed development of 28 rental housing units on 2.5 acres at 135 Greenmont Ave. The project has been submitted and is seeking comprehensive permit approval under Chapter 40B. Permit from the Conservation Commission will be needed.
Based on original deadlines and applicant extensions the Zoning Board of Appeals currently has until March 16, 2024 to close the Public Hearing on this project.
